PRAYER GUIDE, GARDEN PRAYER CONCLUSION, 18.04.19

Father, how grateful I am that I can be in this glorious union with You – Father/Son/Holy Spirit. How grateful I am for this beautiful, selfless prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane, that Jesus/Yeshua prayed for all those of us who would yet be one of those who would believe (John 17:20).

To Jesus/Yeshua be the glory for having so wanted us to be with Him, even though we all are entirely undeserving, is so humbling: “Father, I also want those You have given Me to be with Me where I am” (John 17:24). Thank-You, Lord Jesus/Yeshua Ha-Mashiach.

We have yet to be united in the way that Jesus/Yeshua prayed for in the Garden. Forgive Your  people for the lack of unity – for the gross failure that the body of believers have been. Forgive Your people for having strayed from the ancient paths, from just all following the original “Way,” as shown by Jesus/Yeshua, and instead fragmenting that “Way” in multiples of directions/denominations, for this was not Your intention. I pray for that day to come, that God’s people:  “all may be one. Just as You, Father, are in Me and I am in You, so also may they be one in Us, so the world may believe that You sent Me  . . .  that they may be one just as We are one—” (John 17:21,22).  I so look forward to that day when we will “be perfected in unity” (John 17:23). I pray for that Great Day of the Lord to come quickly . . . ..

What a glorious Day that will be, when we are truly undivided, in heart, mind, will – all of our souls – with YOU, FATHER, and with one another. May that glorious Day come quickly. MARANATHA!!!
