It would not be possible within the framework of this Study to cover all that was said by Yeshua and the Prophets about end times and its outcome, but let it suffice to summarize some of the correlative highlights.

One of the things Yeshua warned us to expect was that we “will hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must happen but it is not yet the end. For nation will rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom” (Matt.24:6,7). And isn’t this the situation in this present time? Predicted even before the time of Messiah by Isaiah: “I will stir up Egyptian against Egyptian. Everyone will fight against his brother, and everyone against his neighbour—city against city, kingdom against kingdom” (Isa.19:2). We are seeing, simultaneously, more tribal, ethnic, internal wars, as well as international threats of war daily. Prophecy is being fulfilled daily before our eyes.

He prophesied that “many will fall away and will betray one another and hate one another” (Matt.24:10) – sound familiar?  and that we will “see ‘the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the Holy Place” (Matt.24:15) – “abomination of desolation is set up” (Dan.12:11). Yeshua specifically relates to Daniel’s prophecy, so we can know that they complement one another and are intertwined. In addition to this we have John’s prophecy: “he deceives those who dwell on the earth through the signs he is permitted to perform, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image in honor of the beast” (Rev.13:14). We are experiencing the fulfillment of many falling away getting caught into the postmodern movement of globalism, secular humanism, and watered down doctrine. We have yet to realize the “abomination of desolation” and the demonic deceiver but it is in the works. . .

“Then he will make a firm covenant with many for one week, (isn’t this what the UN and the collective of nations is attempting to enforce/impose upon Israel? Daily we hear it on the news . . .) but in the middle of the week he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a wing of abominations will come one who destroys, until the decreed annihilation is poured out on the one who destroys” (Dan.9:27).  “. . . he deceives those who dwell on the earth through the signs he is permitted to perform, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image in honor of the beast who has the sword wound” (Rev.13:14). Oy! For that day is monumental. There will be none like it—a time of trouble for Jacob!” (Jer.30:7), referred to by none other than Yeshua Himself when He says, Woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! Pray that your escape will not happen in winter, or on Shabbat. For then there will be great trouble, such as has not happened since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever will. And unless those days were cut short, no one would be delivered. But for the sake of the chosen, those days will be cut short” (Matt.24:19-22).

Blow the shofar in Zion! Sound an alarm on My holy mountain! Let all living in the land tremble—for the day of Adonai is coming—surely it is near!” (Joel 2:1).  “But immediately after the trouble of those days, ‘the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light and the stars will fall from heaven and the powers of the heavens will be shaken” (Matt.24:29).

Behold, the day of Adonai comes, cruel, full of wrath and fierce fury, to make the earth a desolation, and destroy its sinners from it. For the stars of heaven and their constellations will not give their light. The rising sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light” (Isa.13:9,10). Notice how congruent the flow between OT prophets and Yeshua. To understand how close we are to these days, I recommend following the teachings by Sadhu Sundar Selvaraj (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFExJF2KBSH39OJIheCad9zzUZ4UhQCrQ ), which are second to none.

Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the land will mourn, and they will see ‘the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. He will send out His angels with a great shofar, and they will gather together His chosen from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other” (Matt.24:30,31).  “It will also come about in that day that my Lord will again redeem—a second time with His hand—the remnant of His people who remain from Assyria, from Egypt, from Pathros, from Cush, Elam, Shinar, Hamath, and from the islands of the sea. He will lift up a banner for the nations, and assemble the dispersed of Israel, and gather the scattered of Judah from the four corners of the earth” (Isa.11:11,12). Notice that God’s promise of a remnant, to gather His chosen, has not been altered in any way, from OT promise to New Testament promise. His Word is entirely consistent.

“Now when the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on His glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them from one another, just as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And He will put the sheep on His right, but the goats on His left. Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. Then He will also say to those on the left, ‘Go away from Me, you cursed ones, into the everlasting fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels  . . . . These shall go off to everlasting punishment, but the righteous into everlasting life” (Matt.25:31-35,41,46). “I will seek the lost, bring back the stray, bind up the broken and strengthen the sick. But the fat and the strong I will destroy—I will tend them with justice. As for you, My flock”—thus says Adonai Elohim—“behold, I will judge between sheep and sheep, between rams and male goats” (Ezek.34:16,17).  “There will be a time of distress such as has never occurred since the beginning of the nation until then. But at that time your people—everyone who is found written in the book—will be delivered. Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake—some to everlasting life, and others to shame and everlasting contempt” (Dan.12:1,2). Not only Yeshua made reference to a place of eternal punishment, as well as a place of eternal life.  “I will punish the world for evil, and the wicked for their iniquity. I will put an end to the arrogance of the proud, and abase the insolence of tyrants  . . . I will make heaven tremble, and the earth will shake from its place at the wrath of Adonai-Tzva’ot, in the day of His fierce fury” (Isa.13:11-13).

Both the Old Testament Prophets and Yeshua Ha-Mashiach prophesied what would occur in the end times, in the last days; both also make reference to eternity/redemption for God’s people, Yeshua’s followers, while pronouncing eternal damnation for those who are not. We can see from the beginning signs that we are approaching a threshold. May God’s people begin to walk in His Truth daily, “for you do not know what day your Lord is coming  . . . .  So you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect” (Matt.24:42-44).
